📦 Orders & Shipping

  • We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across India typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your package ships.
  • Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach globally very soon—stay tuned to our newsletter for updates!
  • Because all orders are prepaid and we immediately initiate the fulfillment process to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order is placed. Please double-check your sizing, shipping address, and cart items before finalizing your purchase.

👕 Product & Sizing

  • We design our garments with a modern, relaxed silhouette. You can find detailed measurements for chest, length, and shoulder drop on the Size Guide link located on every product page to help you find your perfect fit.
  • To maintain the premium texture and longevity of our fabrics, we recommend a gentle machine wash in cold water with like colors. Line dry in the shade and iron on a warm setting. Avoid bleaching or tumble drying.
  • Don't worry, we won't keep you waiting! While our curated pieces move quickly, popular items are restocked soon. You can sign up for notifications directly on the product page to be the first to know the exact moment they drop back in stock.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • For regular returns, we offer a 5-day window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For approved damaged or wrong-item exchanges, we cover all shipping costs. For standard returns resulting in a refund, a nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final credit. Once our warehouse inspects the item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.
  • To maintain fairness and exclusive production runs, exchanges will only take place if the item arrived torn/damaged or if the wrong product was delivered. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
  • Email us all the details and we will cross-check everything and get back to you within 1-2 days giving you a confirmation that your return/exchange has been initiated.
